Here a little interview with Jerome to describe him, and we had to start with his worst Memories as he is insane on the water yet such a nice man to meet and chat to . YOu will find him everywhere flat or waves depending of the conditions summer like winter 
Worst Memories you had while kitesurfing ?
Getting a concussion after a bad landing of a kiteloop back in the days. I kited back to the beach but I couldn’t recognise anyone around me and I didn’t have a clue of where I was.. worst feeling ever. Pretty sure I cried a little that day 
Best Memories you had while kitesurfing?
Kiting at St Brandon islands, in the shallow lagoon with heaps of little and not so little sharks, ray fish, turtles and many other fish around. Was insane!
Why do you love kitesurfing?
It’s a very challenging sport, there is always something to learn. It’s social, you get to be good friends with the regulars at the spot. You can do so many things with the kite; just go out to relax and ride or get fully into freestyle and do crazy tricks or even jump on a surfboard and go shred the waves! You name it, put something under your feet and go ride!
Travel plans?
A lot of places I’d like to go for sure! To name a few I’d say Brazil, Hawaii, Fiji.. Only travel plan organised is Thailand in July to hit the wakepark.
Do you spend many hours Training?
Really depends on the conditions. I pretty much go kite whenever there’s enough wind.
How and when did you discover kiteboarding?
A good friend bought a kite in 2002. I was windsurfing back then. Couldn’t resist trying his gear. A few months later I had mine and I’ve been hooked since then.
Who were your early influencers and how did they impact your riding performance?
I remember watching a lot of videos from Martin Vari. That guy was way ahead of it’s time. There was also Lou Wainman and a few other guys from Hawaii that were killing it.They showed us the way to all the unhooked tricks.
What advise would you offer to anyone who is in the sport or those who are considering kiteboarding?
For those who are in the sport, I’d say don’t be afraid to try different things, whether it is a new trick or jumping on a different type of board. There is so many fun things to do with a kite these days, it’s worth at least a try. For those who are considering kiteboarding, well take lessons for sure, and do it, you won’t regret it
